I chose to repipe the whole house, which has many internal ceiling heights and hard to access attics. They did a great job in confining the necessary drywall holes to just two bathrooms and a couple other small walls. Much better outcome than I was fearing. I would recommend them for any plumbing jobs."

"We recently purchased a home built in 1998, the 3 toilets were not maintained and were disgusting. As it turned out, I had purchased the wrong toilets. Jeremy Ross, a Master Plumber (and former Marine 🇺🇸) explained we could keep those toilets, but would have to do about $1,500 worth of work to make them fit. Instead, he ran up to Home Depot with my husband and got one new toilet, and I ordered the other two online. Jeremy was professional, organized, explained clearly what he needed to do and why, kept the work area orderly and cleaned up everything when he was finished.
We experienced the same from Jeremy when he returned a few days later to install the other two toilets.
We look forward to his return to replace our water heater and bring the installation up to code. Eventually, after we demo the area, we will ask for Jeremy to come back and install a shower/tub enclosure for us.

“… Our experience with Tom from Plumbing Masters. He was at our house today because the shut off for the water at the house broke off. Tom worked very hard to fix it because the PVC pieces were different sizes, but he got it fixed.
We were supposed to have a washer/ dryer installed today. The installer asked me to turn off the water because the cold-water side for the washer was leaking. When I went outside to turn the water off, that’s when the handle snapped off!
When Tom finally got the water problem fixed and turned on the water to the house, we did not know that the cold water for the washer wasn’t shut off and we had water shooting clear across the kitchen, under the electric stove, fridge which was no fault of Toms!!!
Tom went “above and beyond his job, he brought in his wet/dry vac and helped us clean up as much water as he could. Let’s put it this way, he had to empty the wet/dry vac three times. That’s how much water was in the kitchen.
We have never had any plumber to our house that went above and beyond his job as much as Tom did!”
